called support for a problem and she said she would call me back in a couple of hours and i did not hear back. i called 2 days later and i get the run around because i was not informed of any rectification that needed to be done and my service was interrupted. ive had frontier for 4 years and i swear they get worse increasing prices without notification slow speeds and cut outs from streaming services. im going to go else where for my service from now on.

Internet runs so slow you cant watch smart tv or lap top video. Have reported this and receive text saying repairs made and problem corrected. Problem is it runs slow. been customer like 5 years, but think I'm gonna change. this has gone on long enough. I pay for something that works about a third of the time.

Service is poor. Internet is done a lot. Price increases happen often with no explanation of why it is being increased. I only have internet service and now paying close to $100/month. There is no credit given when the internet is down. My neighbor has a faster plan with Frontier and pays less then myself.

I had Verizon and then Frontier took over. They have not upgraded any equipment in our area . Service is slow when it works . It has only worked about half of the time yhis month. When I called technical support , they could not identify the problem. Set up for a tech to come out and no show . Frontier is over priced for the services that they provide

Told me I could get fiber internet 500mb/s, installed DSL 25 mn/s, billed me for everything possible even add ons I didn’t want. Then told me after a month that I couldn’t even get fiber at my home. Spent about 6 hours on the phone with customer service over the last month trying to fix everything and nothing is fixed still.

We are limited in quality internet providers otherwise I definitely would not be with Frontier. System goes down repeatedly. Tech support reads from a script. Even after writing to the president of Frontier the result was more scripted stuff not addressing what could improve my connectivity. The bottom line is they charge when their system is not working. Nice gig for the profit seekers.
